Historic Luxury in the Heart of Downtown
The Antlers, a Wyndham Hotel has been a staple of downtown Colorado Springs for over 134 years. The latest version ushers in a new era of modern metropolitan hospitality. 


HOTEL UPDATE:  Due to higher than anticipated reservations, the $139 room rate has sold out on some nights.  The hotel is offering a new ESP room block at $169 for those nights. This is still lower than the standard rate.

Group rate not available online.

  • Additional room fees include 2.5% Property Improvement Fee and 10.25% tax.
  • ESP rate is available 3 days pre-conference and post conference based on availability.

  • Covered Self-Parking available at a discounted rate of $10/day.

There will be an "Offsite Lodging Fee" charged to all non-local attendees that do not stay at the conference hotel. Reservations must be part of the ESP block.  You must call in to make a reservation in our block and receive the Epsilon Sigma Phi rate. Registrations at The Antlers must be made prior to September 20 to avoid the ESP offsite registration fee. 

There are very few lodging options within walking distance of this hotel. Don't be caught without a room at The Antlers and reserve your room early before all rooms are booked.

Transportation Information

Colorado Springs Municipal Airport

The Antlers Hotel is 11 miles or 25 minutes from the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport.

Colorado Zeta Chapter will offer free shuttle from Colorado Springs Airport Sunday and Thursday if you register using our Online ESP Airport Shuttle Reservation Form.  Registration for Colorado Zeta shuttle has closed (10/2/19).  Contact the National Office for additional information.

The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are good options. Uber website estimate is $21+ one way.

Denver International Airport

The Antlers Hotel is 85 miles or 2.5 hours from the Denver International Airport.

Groom Shuttle offers a shuttle from Denver International Airport to the Antlers Hotel (drop off at hotel). Cost is $50 one-way. Posted schedule shows departures every hour from 5:00 am until midnight. Travel time from airport to the hotel is 1 hour 55 minutes.

Front Door Shuttle offers a shuttle from Denver International Airport to Colorado Springs  Cost is $55 one-way. No predetermined schedule or route posted on website. Operate 24 hours/day. Discount for multiple people registering as a group.

A quick web search will display other options included taxi/executive car/limo options for groups. ESP does not recommend any specific vendor.


Car Rental

If renting a car don't forget parking cost. Parking is available at the hotel for a discounted rate of $10/night
