Welcome to Savannah, Georgia!

We are so excited to invite each of you to join us face-to-face at the 2021 ESP Conference, in Savannah, October 25-28, to celebrate A Sea of Opportunities Anchored in Extension. Savannah, GA, is known for its rich history, Southern cuisine, arts, heritage, and its port. During your time with us, we hope you can sample a little bit of all of the local flavor that this historical southern city provides.

Enjoy the coastal flair of our Opening Event which will feature a low country boil dinner, regional dessert favorites, and local musicians. Bring a camera so you can snap some photos at our various photo stations throughout one of Savannah’s famous parks, maybe even stage your own photo with a box of chocolates.

Don’t forget to sign up for a Conference Tour if you are interested in sampling local cuisine, a trawling boat excursion, or an agri-tourism adventure. Each of these experiences has been cultivated to provide you with a unique experience to learn more about the great state of Georgia. Or, branch out on your own and visit the beach at one of Georgia’s nearby barrier islands.

New this year, we will be offering a fun opportunity for you all to Dine Around Savannah on Tuesday night. If you are traveling alone or just want to meet new people, we will have a limited number of spaces for you to visit a local dining venue with a Georgia host and meet some new friends! There is also the option to explore the city and dine on your own…maybe even sign up for one of Savannah’s unique Ghost Tour and walking tour opportunities. Whichever you choose, you can’t go wrong with Savannah’s many delicious local eateries.

After the year we have all had, the 2021 ESP Conference Planning team is overjoyed to be able to say without reservation, “Y’all come see us in Savannah!”
